Last week our German Shorthaired Pointer ‘Emmy’ made contact a new friendÉ at the bottom of our garden which backs onto
an apple orchard in Kelowna, B.C. The white tailed deer skipped away and repeatedly came back to the fence to look at Emmy. Emmy ran around in circles, barking, and then returned to the fence several times to look at the deer. Only when I came outside to take photographs did the deer move away and not come back.
