Dunacn Lou Who is a dog born with a birth defect which required for his hind legs to be amputated. Because of the amputation, a custom wheel chair was made so that he could get around easier, but it seems like he does not like to use it. This video is about his first time to the beach. You can see that he completely loves it and can get around just as well as any of the other dogs around, in fact he can run pretty fast despite his disadvantage.
